Licensee acknowledges that this is a nonexclusive license. Storstadens IT is the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the software. Licensee may not sell, distribute, or package Solis Search in anyway. Licensee may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble Solis Search in whole or in part.
Provided that you have accepted the terms contained herein, this EULA grants you the following rights:
A) If you purchased a SITE LICENSE of Solis Search, you are granted to use Solis Search within the same instance of CMS installation, regardless of domain name.
B) If you purchased a SERVER LICENSE of Solis Search, you are granted to use Solis Search for any number of instances of CMS installations on the same server, physical or virtual.
C) If you purchased an UNLIMITED LICENSE of Solis Search: You are granted to use Solis Search on unlimited production web servers, and use it for unlimited installations (CMS instances) within the Enterprise (legal entity).
SOLIS SEARCH IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. STORSTADENS IT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S NEEDS OR BE FREE FROM ERRORS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. STORSTADENS IT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
